Peterborough Station Car Park Enhancement Project

Overview

The aim of the project was to increase Peterborough Stations car parking capacity for and provide safe pedestrian access to and from the station. Midland Road Car Park was a derelict car park which had been modified for alternative uses. This, under a design and build contract, was transformed into a fully functional car park with more than 100 spaces, CCTV monitoring with wireless connection to the station and secure access.
