Overview

Railway Electrical Services were contracted by Graham Construction to carry out the Mechanical and Electrical Services associated with the Station Building, Carpark and Platforms at Kenilworth Station. Our works included the following:

Platforms, Station Building and Car Park

• Provision of distribution equipment and GRP cubicles.
• Provision of a new lighting scheme incorporating the new car park, platform 1, station footbridge and escape/access routes.
• Provision of emergency lighting to internal and external areas
• Provision of power supplies to retail telecommunications equipment located within car park, station building and platform.
• Provision of lighting, power supplies heating/ventilation, water supplies, drainage and associated control equipment to station building
• Provision of lighting and power supplies to telecommunications room / low voltage switch rooms and lift machine rooms, located beneath the footbridge.
• Provision of low voltage power supplies to two lifts adjacent to new footbridge.
• Provision of automatic light controls for external lighting.
• Earthing and bonding of all conductive parts
• Provision of lightning protection to the station building and footbridge.
