Overview

We were contracted by Siemens to undertake E&P Design / installation and commissioning of a new brick-built PSP at Woodhouse Junction comprising of the following:

• 400V Maintained and non – maintained switchboards complete with automatic generator changeover panel.
• 650V switchboard
• 400/650V signalling power transformers
• Dual rectifier UPS system and bypass facility along with external load bank connection point
• 400V diesel standby generator backup with a 400V mobile generator connect facility and external re-fuelling point
• M&E services within the new PSP building (lighting / power / HVAC / external compound lighting / fire alarm)
• Remote and condition monitoring
• 650V feeder termination
• LV supplies to new REB / HABD / FTN-X
• Installation of points heating at Woodhouse Junction
• Isolation and disconnection of LV supplies to 3 signal boxes
