RES attends Safe Start 2016

On the 21st January the Network Rail Infrastructure Projects East Midland (IPEM) Safe Start 2016 Exhibition was held at Donington Park, East Midlands.

Organised by the supply partners and Network Rail, it is the only event of its kind in the Rail Industry.

The primary purpose of the event is to promote the Health, Safety and Wellbeing of the IPEM work force through a mix of presentations, demonstrations and exhibitions based on safety products and systems.

Engaging the entire work force from boots on the ground to Senior management and Directors.

Now in its 3rd year, 2016 saw around 70 exhibitors and 600 delegates come together to promote the 5 steps to safety initiative and further the great work being done by IPEM to improve Safety and Wellbeing.
